Around 90% of Blue&Me modules suffer from software-related faults. These are normally repaired, tested and ready for return dispatch on the same working day they arrive. If the NAND memory is damaged and requires replacement, the additional repair work is normally completed overnight and the module is ready for return dispatch on the next working day. We guarantee that your module will be ready for return dispatch within one working day of receipt.

Your Blue&Me repair carries a limited lifetime warranty covering the parts replaced by ECU Rescue and the labour associated with those replaced parts. It does not cover subsequent software corruption; damage caused by unstable, low or excessive vehicle voltage; charging-system faults; or other external vehicle electrical faults.

For private customers, the warranty belongs to the original purchaser and is not transferable if the vehicle is subsequently sold. Where the original purchaser is a motor trader or vehicle-sales business, the warranty remains available provided the module is returned to ECU Rescue by that original purchasing business.

Send the complete Blue&Me module, with the PCB remaining inside the black plastic module casing. Do not send the metal mounting frame or bracket.

ECU Rescue pays the return postage, so return postage is free to you. If your module is working correctly on arrival, we will issue a full refund and pay its return postage. If we cannot repair your module, we will issue a full refund and pay its return postage. No diagnostic or no-fault fee applies.

Wherever possible, we retain the original PROXI configuration data from your faulty Blue&Me module so that it can be refitted with the minimum of additional work. In some cases, particularly where the module's memory has become corrupted, it may not be possible to retain this data. If that happens, we will advise you that a PROXI alignment may be required after refitting.

In rare cases, the electrical or voltage fault that affected the Blue&Me module may also have disturbed the configuration of other modules on the vehicle's CAN network. This means that even when we successfully retain the original Blue&Me PROXI data, the vehicle's mileage display may still flash and a PROXI alignment may be required to resynchronise the affected modules.
