This is a postal-only service. We do not accept hand-delivered modules.

Warranty

Current Blue&Me service terms. Your repair page confirms the terms applicable to your order.

Your Blue&Me repair carries a limited lifetime warranty covering the parts replaced by ECU Rescue and the labour associated with those replaced parts. It does not cover subsequent software corruption; damage caused by unstable, low or excessive vehicle voltage; charging-system faults; or other external vehicle electrical faults.

For private customers, the warranty belongs to the original purchaser and is not transferable if the vehicle is subsequently sold. Where the original purchaser is a motor trader or vehicle-sales business, the warranty remains available provided the module is returned to ECU Rescue by that original purchasing business.

Returns / service information

Current Blue&Me service terms. Your repair page confirms the terms applicable to your order.

ECU Rescue pays the return postage, so return postage is free to you. If your module is working correctly on arrival, we will issue a full refund and pay its return postage. If we cannot repair your module, we will issue a full refund and pay its return postage. No diagnostic or no-fault fee applies.
