How the postal repair service works
- Choose your model and book the correct repair.
- Pack and post your module following the repair-page instructions.
- We assess and repair it. Approximately 90% of repairs are completed and dispatched on arrival day; this is normal performance, not a guarantee.
- Your module is returned with free UK return postage.
